• Planned Maintenance
- Vencer understand that not all maintenance requirements are emergencies. We therefore supply a quotation to undertake the maintenance works, which will be carried out by our professional Team at an arranged Date & Time.
• Property MOP (Like a car MOT, but for your Property)
- For all our customers and landlords whose properties we manage, we will undertake a free property survey every 12 months. A full report & Video of the property will be provided illustrating detail and advice. This Method of Maintenance can help identify minor issues before they become major maintenance problems
